We’re looking for a group of members who are knowledgeable about the day to day operations in their store and how the business works (and sometimes doesn’t work) to form a core group of members who can help our researchers out with information and feedback. We’re looking for experts on all aspects of store operation: shipping, receiving, pricing, out of stocks, staffing levels, shrink, etc.
