UFCW International Convention 2018
The Eight Regular UFCW International Convention kicked into high gear today when delegates voted to elect a slate led by President Marc Perrone, giving solid endorsement to a leadership style that has impressed young and old alike for the past several years.
Following his formal election, Perrone whipped the enthusiastic crowd into a frenzy in a speech filled with fiery rhetoric and bold proclamations.
“The days of the UFCW being on the defensive are over. Today we go on the offensive,” Perrone declared to a standing ovation.
