For those of you who have been evacuated in Orange County due to the chemical spill, please provide the following information so we may follow up with you regarding any potential assistance we may be able to provide.
Note: the evacuated areas include parts or all of the following cities: Garden Grove, Cypress, Stanton, Anaheim, Buena Park, and Westminster.
