Q: How would your life be different if you were not a union member?

A: “I know that I wouldn’t make as much, and I wouldn’t have the benefits that I do. Also, job security. I like knowing there are steps that must be taken in order to discipline someone.”

Q: If you could make a change in the workplace, what would it be?

A: “To have more hours available. It’s hard to get everything done in the set time. Everyone at the store seems to get along really well which makes working better, but with more hours it would be nicer.”

Q: What in your life are you most proud of?

A: “I would have to say saving that baby in the store.”

Q: What is it you like most about your job?

A: “I really enjoy meeting new people. I like seeing the regulars as well and serving people.”
