Tom Slesser of Albertsons #6526 has been in the industry for nearly 24 years. He started out working in the meat department as a Meat Clerk/Wrapper and is currently the Meat Manager.
Slesser’s hobbies include mountain biking and making improvements to his home.
When asked what inspired him to get more involved he said, “The 2003-04 Lock-Out inspired me to help make a difference and help my fellow Union brothers and sisters wherever I can.”
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: “The great feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day.”
