Q: How would your life be different if you were not a union member?

A: “I have been a member for a long time. I don’t know what things would be like if I wasn’t. I wouldn’t have the support I do, or the protection of a contract.”

Q: If you could make a change in the workplace, what would it be?

A: “I would like to have more hours available. Hours keep getting cut but the work to be done remains the same.”

Q: What is it you like most about your job?

A: “My co-workers. I like what I do and who I’m with.”
