Red Shell Updates 2025
November 24, 2025
We met with Red Shell on 11/24 for another round of bargaining. After pushing back on their previous offer, we were able to get the company to drop four of their proposals that did not address the needs of the workers. However, after nearly a month of waiting, they refuse to come back with a counteroffer on wages.
Our hard work and dedication are what make the success of Red Shell possible. We need them to come to the table next time ready to bargain with offers that do not disrespect us.

Nos reunimos con Red Shell el 24 de noviembre para otra ronda de negociaciones. Después de oponernos a su oferta previa, pudimos lograr que la compañía retire cuatro de sus propuestas que no responden a las necesidades de los trabajadores. Sin embargo, después de casi un mes de espera, ellos se niegan a regresar con una contraoferta sobre sueldos.

October 29, 2025 – Red Shell Bargaining Update
What happened during our first negotiation session for our Red Shell Contract?
The company proposed nothing but takeaways, and we won’t stand for it
Yesterday and today, we met with Red Shell for our first negotiation session. We reached tentative agreements on a few minor language issues, but the company’s proposals so far amount to nothing but takeaways and wage freezes.
These proposals completely disregard the value of our work and the strength of our last contract. We fought hard to win what we have and not only are we not going back, but we’re ready to fight even harder to move forward.

We have also requested a federal mediator join us at our next session on November 21 and November 24. A federal mediator serves as a neutral party who can help us ensure that bargaining is productive and fair.

Ayer y hoy nos reunimos con Red Shell en nuestra primera sesión de negociaciones. Logramos acuerdos tentativos en algunos temas menores de lenguaje pero las propuestas de la compañía hasta ahora sólo son recortes y congelamiento de sueldos.
Estas propuestas completamente ignoran el valor de nuestro trabajo y la fuerza de nuestro último contrato. Nosotros luchamos fuertemente por ganar lo que tenemos y no solo no vamos a retroceder sino que estamos listos para luchar aún más fuerte para avanzar.
