Member of the Week: Susan Taylor
Susan Taylor of Albertsons #6191 has been in the industry for 29 years. She started as a Courtesy Clerk and is now a Checker, Safety, and Produce.
Taylor’s hobbies include traveling, participating in walks and relays for different charitable causes, and meeting television and film stars.
When asked what inspired her to get more involved she said, “I just wanted to do something different and be a part of something.”
Q: How would your life be different if you were not a union member?
A: “I would probably be paying for insurance, and possibly be looking for a job.”
Q: If you could make a change in the workplace, what would it be?
A: “To have everyone get along a bit better.”
Q: What in your life are you most proud of?
A: “My family.”
