Member of the Week: Jessica Cruz
Jessica Cruz of Vons #1912, has been in the industry for 18 years. She started out as a courtesy clerk and is now a floral manager.
Cruz’s hobbies include dancing, watching movies and listening to music.
When asked what inspired her to get more involved she said, “When we went through the strike. Getting involved was necessary.”
Q: If you could make a change in the workplace, what would it be?
A: “I would like more help, or more hours.”
Q: What in your life are you most proud of?
A: “My family.”
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: “What I like about my job is being there for customers for special occasions and making their experience pleasant.”
