Member of the Week: Dawn Rabonza
Dawn Rabonza of Ralphs # 165 has been in the industry for 22 years. She was hired just after she left the Army as a Meat Wrapper and is currently a Price Integrity/ Grocery Clerk.
Rabonza’s hobbies include Riding her Harley’s spending time with her family and going to Maui. She also just retired from the Army as a First Sergeant after 31 years of service.
When asked what inspired her to get more involved she said, “I was approached by my Union Rep in the break room. She asked me if I ever thought about being a steward and here I am! I walk around the store completing many duties and tasks so it’s the perfect opportunity to talk to my fellow employees.”
Q: What is it you like most about your job?
A: “Everything!”
