Collective Bargaining (LS 002)
Join UFCW 324 and the LA Trade Tech Community College for our ongoing series of college-credited labor courses. This course will help students gain insight into the dynamics of collective bargaining and learn the various steps of the negotiation process, including preparation of demands and negotiation strategies, messaging, major bargaining trends, and contract campaigns. Students will also learn skills through ‘mock’ bargaining.

Classes are Thursday evenings from 6 PM – 9:10 PM starting February 12, 2026 – June 4, 2026
