Trust Fund Negotiations Update 1.9.26
We will be voting on the Trust Fund’s last, best and final offer next week on Wednesday, January 14, with information and opportunity for questions and answers to be provided. Here is a schedule:
Monday, January 12, 2026: 9:00AM – 2:00PM: Jose and Mike will be in a meeting room at the Trust Fund where you can get the updated handout summary.
Tuesday, January 13, 2026: 10:00AM: The updated summary handout will be uploaded to the UFCW 324 website and texted to members.

Wednesday, January 14, 2026: 10:00AM – 5:00PM: Vote in person at Trust Fund office

Trust Fund Negotiations Update 1.8.26
We met with the Trust Fund today for a bargaining session after the Tentative Agreement was rejected and we presented the concerns and feedback that was shared with us at the vote and in last night’s meeting.
In response, the company agreed to make some adjustments to their last offer and after some lively discussion, they gave us their last, best and final offer which we will vote on next Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Further details and information on how the vote will be conducted will be sent tomorrow, Friday, January 9, 2026 via text.
We are in the process of finalizing the summary to share with you. We will get it to you when it is complete.
