Member of the Week: Ann Ramirez
Ann Ramirez of Kaiser has been in the industry for 18 years. She has been a shop steward for the last three years at Kaiser’s La Palma Pharmacy .
Ramirez’s hobbies include the love of travel and spending time with her 4 children and eight grandchildren. She hopes to retire in a year or two and take the family motor home out on the road.
When asked what inspired her to get more involved she said, “I’ve seen things happen at work where the union was a big help. I wanted to help too.”
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: “Helping people.”
