DEATH BENEFIT
Local 324 has a Death Benefit program that you may have signed up for upon joining the union.

The Trust Fund office in which you have your medical benefits may also have a Death Benefit available for you.

If your address or marital status changes you may want to update your beneficiary information. It is good practice to fill out a new beneficiary card every few years. Be sure to update the fund office as well.

ORTHODONTIC CARE

Advise your orthodontist that pre-authorization is required for any Orthodontic services rendered.

DRUG TRUST FUND
The Trust Fund office, located in the city of Los Angeles, provides administrative services to participants of UFCW Union locals in Southern California employed in the Retail Drug Store Industry, health care fields and general service and retail businesses.
We also assist retirees and eligible dependents with their health and pension benefits. The total number of participants we service is about 25,000. www.ufcwdrugtrust.org
EMPLOYEE MEMBER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
This Union program is designed to confidentially assist members and their families suffering situational and or substance abuse problems.
Retail Drug Division members and Retail Food and Meat Divisions members who meet the eligibility requirements are encouraged to seek assistance.

FOOD TRUST FUND
The Southern California United Food & Commercial Workers Unions and Food Employers Pension and Benefit Funds were created more than 40 years ago, as a result of collective bargaining between the Southern California Retail Food Employers and the Southern California UFCW Union Locals.
The Funds cover close to 100,000 members. There are two Funds – the Pension Fund and the Benefit Fund – through which member retirement and health and welfare benefits are provided. www.scufcwfunds.com
