Super A 2025 Bargaining Update

¡NUESTRO CONTRATO CON SUPER A HA SIDO RATIFICADO!
¡Nuestra próxima campaña de contrato comienza ahora!
¡Nuestro nuevo acuerdo de tres años con Super A ha sido oficialmente ratificado! Gracias por tomarte el tiempo para votar y hacer oír tu voz. Gracias a nuestra solidaridad y compromiso, nuestro nuevo contrato incluye:
- Aumentos de sueldo, incluyendo aumentos extra para jefes de departamento y encargados de asado/barbacoa
- Un nuevo plan de pensión suplementaria para ayudar a los trabajadores en su retiro
- Mejoras al plan de seguro médico
- Nuevas provisiones para protección en contra de subcontratar trabajo de unión
- Protecciones de inmigración
Pero nuestra lucha no ha terminado. Nuestros compañeros de Stater Bros. acaban de votar para autorizar una huelga por prácticas laborales injustas si la compañía sigue violando la ley y faltando el respeto a sus trabajadores. Demostremos el apoyo y solidaridad que necesitan para defendernos de la conducta ilícita de su compañía.
Somos una Unión y nosotros somos tan fuertes como hagamos a nuestra unión. Depende de nosotros seguir construyendo poder a través de la solidaridad para que seamos más fuertes en el futuro. Sigue participando con tus delegados, compañeros de trabajo y tu unión en los siguientes tres años.

OUR SUPER A CONTRACT HAS BEEN RATIFIED!
Our next contract campaign starts now!
Our new three-year agreement with Super A has officially been ratified! Thank you for taking the time to vote and making your voice heard. Because of our solidarity and commitment, our new contract includes:

- Wage increases, including extra increases for department heads and barbecuers
- A new supplemental pension plan to help workers in their retirement
- Improvements to the healthcare plan
- New language to protect against subcontracting of union work
- Immigration protections
Our fight isn’t over, though. Our union siblings at Stater Bros. just voted to authorize an unfair labor practice strike if the company continues to break the law and disrespects their workers. Let’s show them the support and solidarity they need to push back on their company’s illegal behavior.
We’re a union, and we are only as powerful as we make it. It’s up to us to continue to build power through solidarity so we are that much stronger in the future. Continue to stay engaged with your stewards, co-workers, and your union throughout these next three years.

Buenas Noticias: ¡Hemos Logrado un Acuerdo Tentativo de Nuestro Contrato con Super A!
El Acuerdo Tentativo Incluye Sueldos, Retiro y Protecciones de Inmigración
Hoy nos reunimos con Super A, para hablar de nuestro contrato de tres años ¡y estamos contentos de anunciar que hemos logrado un acuerdo tentativo!
Este nuevo contrato de tres años incluye aumentos de sueldo, mejoras en la pensión y protecciones de inmigración. Pero recuerda: nada es definitivo hasta que todos tengamos la oportunidad de revisar los detalles y emitir nuestro voto.
Nuestra victoria manda un mensaje a los trabajadores en todas partes: ¡Cuando nos unimos en solidaridad, ganamos!
Recuerda, este es un acuerdo tentativo. No es definitivo hasta que tú votes para aceptarlo.
Tendrás la oportunidad de revisar el acuerdo y que tus preguntas sean respondidas antes de que des tu voto. Estaremos programando fechas, horarios y lugares de votación la próxima semana, entonces por favor, mantente al pendiente de la información de tu local de Unión.

Breaking News: We’ve Reached a Tentative Agreement on our Super A Contract!
Agreement addresses wages, retirement, and immigration protections
Today we met with Super A to discuss our new three-year contract and we’re excited to announce that we reached a tentative agreement!
This new, three-year contract includes wage increases, pension improvements, and immigration protections. But remember – nothing is final until we all have the chance to review the details and cast our vote.
Our victory sends a message to workers everywhere – when we band together in solidarity, we win.
Remember, this is a tentative agreement. It is not final until you vote to accept it.
You will have the opportunity to review the deal and have your questions addressed before casting your vote. We will be scheduling vote days, times, and locations next week, so please look out for updates from your local union.
