Member of the Week: Larry Benjamin
Larry Benjamin of Albertsons #6510 has been in the industry for 40 years. He started with the night crew and is now a Food Clerk and Cashier.
Benjamin’s hobbies include playing and watching golf, ministry and watching sports.
When asked what inspired him to get more involved he said, “I wanted to do my part and help out where I can.”
Q: How would your life be different if you were not a union member?
A: “I wouldn’t have the protections that I do.”
Q: What is it you like most about your job?
A: “I am a people person, this seemed a natural way to go.”
