Recently, cast members received an email from Disney about the Class Action Status of the Measure L lawsuit.
We strongly urge you TO DO NOTHING and remain part of the lawsuit. By signing any paperwork, you will opt out of this lawsuit and lose your ability to receive back pay or wage increases from any potential settlement.
Your Union, along with Cast Members and the Anaheim community, fought to get Measure L passed and is urging the courts to institute the Measure.
Again, DO NOTHING to be eligible for any settlement from the class action lawsuit.
