Negotiations Update
Your UFCW 324 negotiating team and the other Unions that are included in the Master Services Agreement are scheduled to meet on October 5th with the presence of the federal mediator for bargaining. However, the Unions and Disney remain far apart on the core economic issues of wages, paid time off for CRs, and others.
The Master Services unions will agree to extend the DCA contract since it expires on September 30 and we have not yet agreed on a new contract. As with the Disneyland extension, it can be canceled if necessary.
The Master Services unions are currently planning further actions to continue to bring our fight for a fair contract to the public and we will notify you when details become available. We will need worker participation to make our voices heard!
After meeting several times with Disney, we have not reached any agreement or signed an MOU regarding vaccinations. Their most recent offer was to begin this requirement on November 2, 2021. If we do not reach an agreement, Disney may enforce its vaccine policy. Members who need accommodation for medical or other reasons can view information on the Hub when made available by Disney.
