Kaiser PSP Bonus Update
Coalition Union Brothers and Sisters,
The Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions met yesterday with Kaiser Permanente to discuss the 2015 payout for the Performance Sharing Program (PSP) in the Southern California region. In a show of solidarity, the Coalition delivered thousands of your petition signatures directly to KP leadership.
Our union members worked hard in 2015, earning a bonus that reflects high performance—rather than the $215 payment that has been offered to frontline Coalition-union represented employees.
We thank you for standing with your Coalition unions. As a result, we now have a working group of Coalition and KP leaders to continue talks on the PSP payout. We will keep you informed of any developments.
In unity,
